Shelf03⁄09
Hidden where needed
The lowest section of the shelf is closed by a single hinged door with a handle, the rest stays open.
In detail
A regular open shelf in which only the lowest compartment is closed by a front door. The door hangs on a classic hinge and has a handle to open it. Behind it you can store less presentable things (cables, small parts), while the rest of the shelf continues to serve as open display and storage.
Material
Plywood
Multi-layer glued, so it stays dimensionally stable and resists warping – with the characteristic striped edge that remains visible on every cut. Finish in natural or black.
